What it means

Ajio already recognises the exact combination of style code, colour and standard size. The product may be live or still moving through an earlier feed.

The duplicate check happens before Ajio treats your new row as a correction. Re-uploading cannot overwrite the existing size.

Why it happens

You may be re-submitting a row that succeeded earlier, or trying to correct a measurement on a size that is already live. The message can also appear alongside “already in under processing”, which means another feed is still working on the same SKU.

This matters most for measurements. We found eleven styles in one catalogue where size M was live with a shorter measurement than size S. Uploading corrected values did not amend them; the duplicate rule blocked every attempt.

How to fix it

First, resolve the product's actual state:

Check the portal's Success S(n) count and download the Success export.
Follow any feed ID named in the full remark.
If the other feed is under processing, stop and let it finish.
If the size is live and the value itself is wrong, send the correction to your Ajio SPOC. There is no self-serve overwrite path.

Do not create another feed. It will not bypass an identity that Ajio already considers present.

How to avoid it next time

Validate every size before its first successful upload.
Read a full row across to catch copied measurement columns.
Download Success exports before treating products as missing.
Put all corrections for a feed into one workbook.
Escalate amendments to live sizes as one batched SPOC request.
