"File is already uploaded in Feed, please do not upload same file"
What you see
File catalogue-v2.xlsx is already uploaded in Feed 8f3c21ab-..., please do not upload same file
What it means
Ajio has already seen that filename in the feed and refuses to accept it again.
The check is against the name, not whether the contents changed. A corrected workbook saved over the old file can still be rejected as the same upload.
Why it happens
The correct repair loop requires you to edit and re-upload the owning feed's rejection workbook. If you keep the downloaded filename for the corrected version, Ajio's filename deduplication stops the upload before the new values are processed.
How to fix it
Save the corrected rejection workbook under a filename the feed has never seen, then upload that file back to the same feed.
A simple human-readable sequence is enough:
catalogue-rejection-fix-01.xlsx
catalogue-rejection-fix-02.xlsx
Changing only the filename does not repair product errors. Confirm that the workbook still carries the correct feedId, and include every correction for the shared rows in one file.
How to avoid it next time
- Give every re-upload a new filename.
- Keep the feed ID intact so Ajio amends the original feed.
- Use one correction workbook per feed per attempt.
- Record which filename was used for each attempt.
- Do not create a fresh feed just to escape filename deduplication.
