What it means
Ajio is refusing the workbook's structure. The visible product values may be correct, but the file is not shaped like the kind of upload you are attempting.
Why it happens
The most common cause is using a rejection export as a new-feed template. The two files look similar in Excel but differ internally:
| Rejection export | Real template | |
|---|---|---|
| Sheets | 4 | 6 |
| Internal parts | 17 | 19 |
Carries feedId | Yes | No |
| Extra columns | ID, Status, Remark | None |
Shared folders make this easy to miss because rejection exports can be saved over the original template.
An empty category sheet is another cause. Headers without product rows still count as a declared category and can fail the whole upload.
How to fix it
For a new feed, start from a recently accepted template for the same category. Confirm it has the expected sheets and does not contain rejection-only columns or a feed ID.
If the workbook contains an unused category sheet, remove both:
- the empty sheet, and
- its corresponding row in the
Seller Information Sheetmanifest.
For an existing feed correction, use that feed's rejection workbook unchanged except for the product values you need to repair.
How to avoid it next time
- Separate templates, rejection exports and Success exports in storage.
- Check sheet count and rejection-only columns before reuse.
- Never use a rejection export to create a new feed.
- Remove unused category sheets and their manifest rows together.
- Build new feeds on a recent known-good category template.
