"IQC-Size chart not available"
What you see
IQC-Size chart not available
What it means
IQC expects a size chart for the selected category and cannot find one associated with the product.
Why it happens
Some Ajio categories require a size chart, but the observed source material does not establish a documented self-serve mechanism for attaching or registering it. This is a real gap rather than a hidden field we can confidently name.
How to fix it
First, compare the rejected style with accepted products from the same seller and brick. Confirm that the brick itself is correct and that the measurement fields are populated consistently.
Then ask your Ajio SPOC how the required chart must be made available for that brick. Send the feed ID, style codes, brick and rejection text together. Do not create repeated fresh feeds while waiting; that can add barcode and style-code collisions without solving the chart requirement.
How to avoid it next time
- Identify size-chart requirements before the first upload.
- Use accepted seller-specific products as the closest evidence.
- Keep the brand's published size chart ready for escalation.
- Batch affected styles into one SPOC request.
- Do not claim a self-serve attachment route until Ajio confirms it.
