"You have not added any value"

What you see

You have not added any value

The named cell appears populated when you open the workbook.

What it means

Ajio is reading the cell as blank because the text was stored in a workbook format its importer does not interpret.

Why it happens

In an .xlsx file, visible text can be stored in more than one way. A value written as an inline string (t="inlineStr") displays normally in spreadsheet software but has produced this error in Ajio.

Ajio expects text to be represented through the workbook's shared-string table (t="s"). This is why visual inspection alone does not find the problem.

The same class of structural rewrite can remove the hidden seller ID and trigger “Seller is not authorized to upload other seller's sheet”.

How to fix it

Return to a known-good Ajio workbook for the same category and place the value into the existing field without rebuilding the workbook.

If an automated process prepared the file, confirm that it preserved the original workbook structure and stored text the same way as accepted cells in the template. Do not let a general spreadsheet library re-save the entire file.

Then upload the correction through the owning feed's rejection workbook under a new filename.

How to avoid it next time

  • Compare the failing cell with a nearby accepted text cell, not only by appearance.
  • Preserve shared strings and hidden workbook parts.
  • Avoid wholesale programmatic re-saving of Ajio workbooks.
  • Verify sellerId after every automated edit.
  • Test one representative file before processing a batch.
